Job Overview
Under the authority of the Technical Manager, the Technical Pilot oversees technical objectives achievement of the Project, by ensuring technical consistency, change management, configuration control, cross-functional convergence and effective coordination among Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Production Plants.
Main Activities
Supports decision-making processes and manages escalation of design conflicts and manufacturing issues.
Coordinates Change Management activities and tracks technical evolutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Supports vehicle technical composition, configuration and complexity management (Scope Sheet, BOM, technical packages).
Supports component and system development activities, including design validation, process validation and kick-off tooling preparation.
