Corporate Controlling Lead

As part of the Finance Department, Controlling Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Post monthly closing analyses for different departments, including comments and alerts if necessary, regarding the deviations versus planned
Assist in Monthly Dashboard preparation for the Board of Directors
contribute to spreading the finance culture within the organization
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
~3-5 years of experience in controlling, financial planning & analysis
~ Solid understanding of financial reporting
~ Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
~ Retail experience is a plus.
For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 43.000
Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.

This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Sephora in Italy.
