For the IMA BFB Division , we are looking for a Production Planner .
IMA BFB specializes in the design and manufacturing of end-of-line secondary packaging machines and complete packaging lines for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries.
The Role
Take ownership of orders resulting from the sale of machines or complete production lines,
performing operational and planning analyses to identify project requirements and ensure compliance with scheduled timelines.
Gather and manage all technical and commercial information (custom-designed components, specifications, materials, etc.) required to support the correct assembly of machines within agreed deadlines.
Manage and maintain relationships with external suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for activity coordination and material procurement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Project Management, Assembly Department, Engineering, and other functions) to ensure an efficient and consistent workflow throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Issue and manage purchase orders for components, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with production requirements.
Plan and coordinate logistics activities, including material requirements analysis and availability monitoring.
