ROCKWOOL Italia is looking for a Key Account Manager – ROCKPANEL to strengthen our presence in the Italian ventilated façade market, ensure alignment across sales, marketing, technical and market execution and accelerate profitable growth.
With ROCKPANEL, we bring innovative façade cladding solutions to life, supporting architects, installers, façade specialists and developers in creating high-performance and beautiful building envelopes.

Reporting line : Key Account Manager Façade
What You Will Be Doing You will act as a strategic link between ROCKPANEL and the local organization, ensuring strong alignment across sales, marketing and technical topics while developing the market and building long-term customer partnerships.
Key stakeholder management: build strong relationships with installers, façade specialists, manufacturers, cutting hubs/centers, strategic partners and professional users to support long-term growth.
Business & market development: identify and develop new opportunities (e.g.,
Cross-functional execution: coordinate with Business Development, Technical, Product Management, Marketing & Communication, Sales Support and Supply Chain to ensure market fit, clear positioning, and excellent project delivery.
Supplier & supply chain interface: manage relationships with key component manufacturers and oversee panel cutting centers/hubs to support operational efficiency and timely deliveries.
Marketing support (documentation/tools/web): support internal stakeholders with documentation aligned to ROCKPANEL and ROCKWOOL Italia standards and needs.
Pricing support: maintain price lists and support the sales organization on project pricing strategies.
What You Bring Degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent technical education.
Experience in the building / façade industry (construction products, cladding systems, façade contracting, specification or similar).
