Carolina Bucci - Sales Associate Full-time

Location: Florence (Firenze), Italy
Contract: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
Hours: 40h per week, including weekends

Carolina Bucci makes inspiring, distinctive jewellery designed with a reverence for craftsmanship and executed with elegance.

Established by fourth generation fine jewellery, Carolina Bucci, our brand and its creations are interwoven with the personal stories of our designer as well as the rich heritage of the Bucci family.

We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate to join our Flagship Store in Florence. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone passionate about fine jewellery, exceptional client experience, and working in a creative, thoughtful environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients and act as a true brand ambassador.
- Support the team in delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
- Assist with boutique operations: merchandising, restocking, and presentation.
- Manage enquiries, repairs, and aftercare requests with professionalism and empathy.




- Develop strong knowledge of collections to guide clients toward meaningful pieces.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, colleagues, and head office.

You Will Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have previous retail experience, ideally within luxury or fine jewellery.
- Are client-focused, polished, and naturally welcoming.
- Are fluent in English.
- Have a keen eye for detail and appreciation for craftsmanship.
- Are organized, reliable, and a collaborative team player.
- Are confident using POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, inventory systems, and CRM tools.
- Are comfortable learning and using new digital platforms.
- Are legally authorized to work in Italy.
