Responsibilities
Customer Complaint Management
Lead investigation and resolution of customer complaints through collaboration with T&I;, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Operations. Research production history in Sibelco databases.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and manage / track implementation of Corrective Actions. Issue RCCA reports to customers. Conduct routine tours and/or inspections of
plants and processes to ensure effective implementation of Corrective Actions.
Quality
Regularly monitor and report on operating / quality trends of plants and finished products. Identify trends and notify operations, sales, and customers as necessary. Work with operations to identify the cause of unanticipated trends and resolve deviations. Produce quality reports as required by customers.
Be involved in technical meetings/teams whose objectives directly impact quality and customer results. Visiting plants frequently to understand changes that may impact quality. Review operator procedures to identify areas of potential quality impact.
Oversee and track changes that impact the customer that may originate in the plants, analytical services, or other areas.
