About Business Unit:
The intern will join the Interactive Team at American Express, which is responsible for the digital acquisition of American Express products (Cards and Insurance Policies) by creating campaigns for prospects as well as existing cardmembers. Additionally, the team oversees the development and implementation of capabilities that support not only acquisition but also aim to enhance customer experience and create innovative journeys.
Key activities will include:
The intern will contribute to meaningful projects and participate in daily team activities, such as campaign planning, monitoring, alignment meetings, and cross-functional appointments with co-brand partners. He / She will have access to valuable tools and resources designed to support their professional and personal development.
Projects will involve helping the Interactive Team connect with prospects and convert leads, collaborating with external partners like media and creative agencies, as well as key media contacts. The intern will analyze performance data to enhance results and help achieve monthly targets for new card acquisitions. Additionally, the Intern will assist with creating innovative projects intended to broaden the co-brand mix.
