Tenuta Adamo Winery is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Host to join our team. As a Front Desk Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our winery by managing seating arrangements, updating the reservation calendar, welcoming and checking-in guests, coordinating with the kitchen and tour guides, handling customer transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:
- Organize seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and accommodate guest preferences.
- Update the reservation calendar, accurately recording guest information and special requests.
- Greet guests warmly and check them in, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival experience.
- Communicate with the kitchen and tour guides regarding any changes or updates with guests, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Handle customer transactions, including checking customers out and using the cash register with accuracy.




- Conduct speed tastings when tour guides are unavailable
- Restack the wine fridge, ensuring wines are properly organized and displayed.
- Collect shipment information from customers
- Assist with the closing of the register and cash, ensuring accuracy and security.

Requirements:
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND ITALIAN:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in reservation and transaction records.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling transactions.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge or interest in wine and winemaking is a plus.
