Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches. We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our dynamic team based in Milan. Reporting directly to the Global Controlling Director, who will oversee the financial reporting activities for the U.S. and Mexico, acting as a trusted business partner in a fast-paced, international environment. Key responsibilities
- Lead the full month-end and year-end close process for the U.S. and Mexico, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies and standards.
- Deliver P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting with full narrative analysis of key variances against budget and prior year.
- Own the submission of financial data into Hyperion/Oracle HFM within Group-mandated deadlines, ensuring data quality and completeness.
- Coordinate the annual budget and periodic reforecast cycles for the perimeter, ensuring alignment with the Group timelines.
- Function as the main interface with Shared Services partners, ensuring the quality and timeliness of information flows while building collaborative, trusted relationships.
- Serve as the key liaison with Group headquarters in Italy, the Americas Finance team in the US, and local market leadership.
