Support sourcing, underwriting and assessment of logistics real estate acquisition and development opportunities in Italy;
Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, advisors and potential off‑market sources;
Actively manage deal leads and follow‑ups through daily use of internal tools and CRM systems;
Participate in negotiations with sellers and reflect outcomes in internal investment or development memoranda;
Prepare and review financial underwritings and cash flow models; support investment presentations and internal meetings;
Collect, analyse and assess comparable transactions, property values
