Job Description
The Regional Healthcare Partner supports the commercial team in identifying and developing opportunities within the public healthcare market, contributing across the entire tender lifecycle. This includes pre-tender activities, opportunity monitoring, tender management, and support for contract renegotiation and price review processes.
Reporting to the Strategic Tender & Customer Procurement Relationship Manager and working within the Procurement Center of Excellence, the role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, and Tender Management teams to support procurement excellence, customer engagement,



and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Management
- Monitor public tender opportunities and timelines.
- Review tender notices, specifications, and procurement documentation, identifying requirements, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of technical and commercial tender documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of submissions through cross-functional collaboration.
- Support commercial teams throughout all tender phases.

Pre-Tender Activities
- Support engagement with contracting authorities and procurement stakeholders.
- Contribute to value-based purchasing initiatives, benchmarking activities, and health economics projects.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and procurement models within the public healthcare sector.
