Position Overview
Genetec is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive – Public Sector to drive business growth across Italy , with a specific focus on the public sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key public-sector customers, partners,
and system integrators while promoting Genetec’s unified security platform and portfolio of solutions.
This role requires a strategic sales professional who can identify opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and deliver value-driven security and intelligence solutions across government, public institutions, and other public-sector organizations .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline across Italy, with a focus on the public sector , to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with public-sector end users, consultants, and system integrators.
- Promote Genetec solutions , including video management, access control, ALPR, and unified security platforms.
- Lead the full sales cycle , from prospecting and qualification to proposal, tender/RFP processes, negotiation, and closing.
- Work closely with channel partners to expand market presence and drive joint opportunities within the public
