With a view to strengthening our Regulatory Affairs team, we are offering an opportunity as Regulatory Affairs Specialist for the Region Italy-Romania .
Be prepared to:
Ensure compliance of products with applicable legislations (food supplements, cosmetics, medical devices). Control and adaptation to new regulations.
Product registration activities.
Supervision of regulatory activities for Italy and Romania.
Direct confrontation with subcontractor regulator and regulatory consultants.
Direct interaction within Global regulatory.
Collaboration with foreign distributors in order to register Laborest products.
Control of claims and allowed amounts of ingredients in local and global formulations, specially for food supplements
Support for new projects in collaboration with R&D;, Marketing and Project Management.
Preparation of packaging texts with direct discussion with Marketing teams. And updating of packaging texts in use.
Verification of communication of marketing materials.
Review of texts on product and institutional websites.
