Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2025.About the RoleWe are looking for a new team member to join our Purchasing Department in Bologna with a focus on sourcing custom-designed components (HNB, Maker).The selected candidate will manage the procurement process, supporting supplier selection,
request for quotations, commercial negotiations, and purchase order management.Main responsibilities include:Analyze internal purchasing needs and manage requests;Research and select suppliers;Request and evaluate commercial offers;Negotiate prices and purchasing conditions;Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries;Verify documentation and support the supplier accounting process;Collaborate with warehouse and quality teams for material inspections;Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.What You Need to Be SuccessfulDiploma or Degree (preferably in a technical field as Mechanical, Automation or Automotive Engineering);Between 5 and 7 years of previous experience in purchasing, focusing on mechanical components;Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems;Proficiency in English, both written and oral;Strong organizational and negotiation skills, results-oriented and teamwork
