Job Description
The selected candidate will be part of the Casa Division Wholesale Function and will report directly to the Customer Care Manager .
The role is responsible for managing commercial relationships and supporting the development of the European wholesale client portfolio,

ensuring excellence in service and strong commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the European market
- Manage and nurture daily relationships with wholesale clients, ensuring effective and timely communication
- Oversee onboarding and activation of new wholesale partners
- Coordinate the full order lifecycle, from collection to delivery
- Liaise with internal departments (Pricing, Legal, Operations, Customer Care, Finance, Area Managers) to ensure smooth processes and service quality
- Support the execution of strategic commercial projects for the Casa Division
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order management and reporting activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally, maintaining strong alignment with all stakeholders
