The proposed compensation is €800 net per month , plus benefits (as listed in the relevant section below).
Mission & Core Purpose
We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Intern to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success and working closely with our Technical Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting existing clients on technical follow-up and rollout planning, initially joining client calls under the supervision of our Technical Sales Specialist;
- Assisting with deployment checks to ensure our products don’t conflict with clients’ existing systems;
- Troubleshooting technical issues at the JavaScript and HTML level;
- Supporting the rollout of new features for existing clients;
- Helping the Technical Sales team plan and prioritise the resolution of client issues;
- Collaborating closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth, consistent client experience.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or other related subjects;
- Professional proficiency in English and Italian;
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML;
- Full availability for 40 hours a week for 6 months;
- Comfortable supporting clients over calls, with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude;
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to plan, follow up, and keep track of multiple client requests at once;
- Not afraid to ask for help and open to learning directly from senior team members.
