Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Preparing and assigning work schedules to the mechanical team and subcontractors
- Plan and schedule daily work.
- Supervising and motivating team members
- Ensuring proper handling of mechanical materials and equipment during the installation stages
- Maintaining safety standards and adhering to mechanical codes and permits to work.
- Supervision of the installing all the mechanical equipment that will install in the site, like chillers, AHU, pumps or any other mechanical systems
- Experience with HVAC, cooling system, firefighting, plumbing
- Experience with Data Centre redundancy connection
- Control and keep track of scope changes, engineering changes and any other changes, non-conformities and technical queries
- Reviewing work procedures, method statement and suggesting improvement measures
- Coordinate with the different contractors the execution of the works, interferences and daily follow-up.
- Hiring, training, and evaluat
