For our IT team, we are looking for an IT Manufacturing & Purchasing Associate Manager, within the Manufacturing,
Purchasing and Product Data unit. The role reports to the Manufacturing, Purchasing & Product Data Associate Director and it is based in our headquarters in Parma.
Job purpose
The role is responsible for designing the solutions and managing the execution of the assigned projects; s/he will monitor the status of initiatives and activities while maintaining status reports and adherence to the IT governance model, will ensure the commitment of the whole project team (internal/external resources), and ensure a high standard of solution quality. The person in this role will work closely with Business Partners (Global and Regional), IT Infrastructure, Architecture & Cybersecurity, and all IT colleagues, ensuring the proper application of the company’s ‘security by design’ guidelines. S/he will anticipate risks and proactively inform the relevant manager/stakeholders on issues and timing changes.
