Responsibilities Provide Italian-language customer support remotely from Greece to customers and partners.
Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and document interactions in clear, accurate records.

Qualifications Fluent in Italian; comfortable communicating in written and spoken Italian.
Residence in Greece or ability to work remotely within Greece.
Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
