As our new Content Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating both operational and strategic content activities, ensuring alignment between goals and deliverables.
Brand Positioning and Visibility: You will develop and implement effective content strategies that strengthen the positioning, voice, and conversion potential of leading multinational brands on Amazon and other marketplaces.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: You will analyze project KPI and SEO performance data to identify trends, insights,
and areas of improvement, connecting data analysis to strategic decisions.
Team and Client Collaboration: You will act as a liaison between operational teams and project management, supporting communication with clients, prioritization of tasks, and troubleshooting challenges with a proactive and consultative approach.
Knowledge Sharing and Quality Assurance: You will promote best practices and ensure high standards of delivery across content operations, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
To excel in this role, we believe you should possess the following characteristics: Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and support both internal and client-facing relationships.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
