Now, we’re expanding our team in Milan. And we’re looking for a recent graduate or early-career profile who is curious, analytical and eager to learn, ready to take their first steps in a commercial, partnership-driven and data-oriented environment with us. ?

As a Partnership Manager Assistant – Graduate Internship (Tirocinio extracurriculare), you’ll support our Partnership Management and Business Development teams, helping to develop and grow relationships with partners while gaining hands-on experience in commercial activities, performance analysis and digital partnerships.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how strategic partnerships,



affiliate marketing and data-driven decision-making contribute to business growth in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Your responsibilities:
- Support the Partnership Management and Business Development teams in their daily activities
- Monitor partner performance and prepare reports and analyses
- Identify opportunities to optimize partner campaigns and improve results
- Work extensively with Excel, data sets and performance metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and support partner communications
- Generate insights to support business and commercial decisions
- Contribute to commercial initiatives and cross-functional projects

- Strong interest in partnerships, digital business and commercial activities
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced and partner-facing environment
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with data
- Good knowledge of Excel
