As a Store Manager, you will lead by example and be the leader of the client experience, team performance, and boutique excellence. You will inspire your team, elevate customer service standards,
and drive the boutique’s commercial success, fully aligned with the brand's image and values.

What You’ll Do
Leadership & People Management
- Support the integration of new team members, ensuring each new joiner receives the full onboarding journey, fostering a positive introduction to the company culture and operations.
- Act as a role model in communication, sharing company updates and key messages with clarity and enthusiasm during morning briefings, training sessions, and one-to-one meetings, to keep the team informed, engaged, and motivated.
- Develop and empower your team through continuous coaching and regular feedback. Recognize individual strengths and areas for growth.
- Engage and hire talent from the market through networking and scouting.
- Organize the team and shop floor coverage in an effective manner to meet the business needs.
