Tecnimont is looking for a Construction HSE Manager to join “Construction Operations” Function.

Key Responsabilities

The Construction HSE Manager is appointed for major projects and in complex contractual environments such as Consortiums and Joint Ventures. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, he/she is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the Company’s Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and management systems at construction sites.
- To support and monitor the implementation of the Company HSE Policy and HSE Management System at site level.
- To perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)



and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) activities.
- To verify the adequacy and effective implementation of the Site HSE Plan and related procedures, promoting revisions whenever required.
- To ensure the maintenance and continuous update of HSE documentation throughout all construction phases.
- To monitor subcontractors’ compliance with applicable HSE procedures, regulations and standards, promoting corrective actions whenever necessary.
- To organize, plan and participate in HSE inspections, audits and site walk‑downs, ensuring the preparation of reports, action plans and timely follow‑up of corrective actions.
- To coordinate and deliver HSE training, awareness and induction programs for site personnel.
- To organize and participate in all relevant HSE meetings with project stakeholders, subcontractors and clients.
