We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Lauriano Manufacturing Plant, where the history of our Company got started.

As Plant Quality Manager, you will have the opportunity experience what it is like to manage a high complexity manufacturing department, assuring excellent quality standards in a luxury Company.

Here some responsibilities you will have:
- Plant and Process Quality Management;
- Daily Quality KPIs monitoring (waste, returns from client, returns from market..);
- End of line and Process test;
- Finished product Quality Assurance;
- APQP coordination, investigation and troubleshooting

You know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and:
- You have a Degree in Industrial Engineering




- You have at least 8 years of experience in complex environment as Plant or Process Quality Manager
- You have a previus experience in managing people and departments
- You have strong problem solving skills
- You have good knowledge of Ms Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
- You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change
- You have strong facilitation and communication skills
- You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously
