Nurture a welcoming and fun environment for customers and team.
Commit to delivering an engaging and memorable customer experience and inspire your team to do the same.
Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in‐store CRM tools to support you and your team.
Collaborate with your Store Leader to be commercial:
Continually demonstrate a commitment to driving your business.
Collaborate and build key relationships to accelerate store growth.
Demonstrate expert market awareness and use analysis to maximise trading opportunities.
Lead and deliver operational excellence, showing respect and consideration for people, product and environment.

An experienced Leader (preferably within luxury fashion but not essential)
