Director of Studies – Full-Time

The British School Group is now seeking an experienced Director of Studies to lead our school in Montesacro on a full-time basis. His/Her primary focus will be the effective management of our teaching staff and the optimization of student and client relations.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate is an academic leader with a proven track record in team management and customer care within the EFL sector. Exceptional interpersonal skills required for motivating the team and ensuring high student satisfaction. Additionally, he/she demonstrates a strong commercial acumen and can recognize opportunities to drive student retention, promote our courses, and support the school's growth.
Requirements
- Minimum CELTA qualification (or equivalent) is strictly mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Director of Studies or in a similar academic leadership role
- Native English speaker with at least a B2 level of Italian
- Strong leadership, people management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset with a business-oriented aptitude for client retention.

The offer includes a regular full-time permanent contract (CCNL ANINSEI) and paid holidays .
