What Will You Do?
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a multilingual Solution Specialist. In this role, you will support the Sales team during the pre-sales phase, working closely with potential B2B customers across the DACH market. You will act as the technical and product expert during demos and discovery calls, ensuring prospects clearly understand how our SaaS platform solves their specific business needs. You will collaborate with internal teams and act as a bridge between Sales, Product,
and Customer Success to drive successful deal closure and long-term customer value.
Responsibilities
- Customer & sales support: support the Sales team during pre-sales activities, including discovery calls, technical deep dives, and live product demos. Engage with hotel groups, property managers, and business stakeholders, translating their needs into clear product use cases and solutions.
- Solution design & demos: prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with each prospect’s business context. Showcase workflows, integrations, and features in a clear, consultative, and value-driven way.
- Technical qualification & issue handling: analyze technical requirements, constraints, and edge cases raised during the sales process. Coordinate with internal technical, product, or engineering teams when deeper validation or clarification is needed.
