Customer Service Representative (gn) - Location: Milan/Italy

What you can expect

Joining our Customer Service Credit & Risk Team, you will play a key role in supporting customer account management. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all correspondence with our customers by telephone and e-mail with high quality assistance level
- Processing requests and complaints from customers (for example manage card blocking, pin generation, shipment tracking,



limit exceeding)
- Maintaining the quality of customer information in a CRM
- Monitoring the payments flow
- Managing bank account change & SEPA mandate
- Performing the Cash Collection activity

What makes you stand out
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous customer service experience in a commercial service company (at least 2 years)
- Familiar with payment monitoring and cash collection
- Familiar with MS office
- Excellent communicative skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Proactivity and high attention to details
- Good team player
- Italian fluency written and spoken (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level)

This position can be full-time or tempo parziale (min. 30h/week).
