As Store Manager , you'll be the heart of the store: leading the team, driving performance and bringing the Flabelus universe to life every day.
You'll combine a strong commercial mindset with warm, inspiring leadership, creating a space where both customers and the team feel connected, motivated and part of something special.

Sales & Customer Experience
Create a warm, memorable and personalised experience for every customer who walks through the door.

Analyse key KPIs such as sales, conversion, average basket and individual performance, turning insights into clear actions.
Build genuine customer relationships and encourage loyalty through thoughtful, personal service.

Organise schedules, shifts, holidays and daily priorities to ensure the store runs smoothly.
