Within this mission, National Facilities (NF) at Human Technopole provide state-of-the-art technologies, scientific services and advanced infrastructure to the Italian and international research community. The User Access Office coordinates access procedures, open calls, evaluation processes and user support to ensure an efficient and impactful use of HT’s National Facilities.
The National Facilities Access Specialist , reporting to the National Facilities Access Manager, plays a pivotal role in enabling the operations of the User Access Office, supporting the development and implementation of access procedures to HT’s National Facilities. The role is focused on supporting the preparation of open calls for access,
providing support to Users and Evaluation Committees, and contributing to the visibility and effectiveness of the National Facility offer
This position is offered as a fixed-term maternity cover and represents an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative research environment while supporting key activities of the National Facilities Access Office.
Support the design, launch and management of open calls for access, including guidelines and documentation.
Act as primary contact for Users, coordinating project execution with facility staff and managing logistics.
Monitor project budgets and maintain comprehensive access and project documentation.
Contribute to tools and processes for tracking access usage and assessing scientific impact.
Support outreach, training and community engagement initiatives related to the National Facilities.
