InPost is a leading player in the business-to-consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 3000 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send, and return parcels at their earliest convenience. The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer's Polish home market. Overview
It's an awesome opportunity for a motivated and skilled Logistics Manager.
You will work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, tech, and Customer care'departments,
managing and coordinating depots and courier partners and optimizing all the logistics processes and flows.
Based in Turin, with regular business travel across Piedmont, Liguria, and Tuscany.
Activities and responsibilities
You will have a key role to select the best couriers supplier and shipping techniques
You will coordinate the Itinerary planning, the invoice processing and the suppliers
You will analyze and be responsible of the performance of each logistics partner in your area, also making sure that all the couriers and depot staff are fully trained
You will support the sales team, regarding customer proposals and rate negotiations
You will manage network volumes and optimize all the logistics processes
You will plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
You will implement and update the metrics, in a spirit of continuous improvement
You will draft and evaluate the budgets&expenses;, be focused on cost optimization
