We are looking for a Configuration & Data Management Specialist for space programs, responsible for configuration control and document management throughout the entire product lifecycle.

About this vacancy

The resource will ensure configuration control, management of technical documentation, and traceability of project data in accordance with aerospace standards.

Main activities:

- Management of Configuration Management Plan and Product Tree
- Coordination of Change Requests, CCB, Deviations, and Waivers
- Management of Configuration Status Accounting
- Control and distribution of technical documentation
- Management of DRL and Data Package
- Support for technical reviews and project milestones

What we expect from you

- Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Precision, organization, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Italian C2, English B2/C1

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of ECSS standards
- Experience with Windchill, Teamcenter, Eclipse, Confluence
- Familiarity with aerospace documentation (BOM, ICD, drawings, reports)
- Knowledge of DOORS, Jama or Codebeamer





What you can expect from us

The position provides a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €30,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, upon completion of the selection process, evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Additional details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with current company policies.
