Personal Companion Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a Personal Companion Assistant to support a 78-year-old Brazilian / German businessman.
Now semi-retired, he maintains an active, cultured, and international lifestyle, dividing his time between several residences across Europe.
This position is based within a private, high-end environment where discretion, reliability, and a reassuring presence are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
* Accompany and assist during travel throughout Europe and Brazil (flights, trains, transfers, and light travel logistics).
* Help ensure the smooth organization of daily life, including reminders, medication routines, and attention to small day-to-day details.
* Provide a reliable and reassuring presence while fully respecting the employer’s independence and privacy.
* Coordinate occasionally with local assistants already based in the various residences.
* Handle practical tasks when required, such as urgent errands, pharmacy visits, simple meal preparation, or other day-to-day assistance.
* Contribute to the smooth running of trips and stays without performing administrative, financial, or medical duties.

Employment Conditions
* Permanent position (CDI equivalent/private employment arrangement).
* Role based in Europe and Brazil requiring frequent travel.
* Comfortable private accommodation provided at each residence.
* All work-related travel expenses covered.
* Weekend work is required depending on travel schedules and personal needs.

Candidate Profile
* Fluent in both Italian and English.
* Portuguese and/or French would be a strong advantage.
* Highly discreet, trustworthy, and dependable.
* Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
* Comfortable working in a private, high-end environment.
* Practical, organized, and capable of taking initiative when appropriate.
* Calm, reassuring personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in private assistance, companion roles, luxury hospitality, diplomatic environments, or similar positions is appreciated.
- Maximum flexibility is required.

Compensation
Salary will be determined according to experience, qualifications, and level of availability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €1,800.00 - €2,000.00 per month
