Marketing Intern – Licensed Brands
Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for a Marketing Intern to join the Italian Country at at our Padua Headquarters.
The intern will support the team in the daily management of the Home and Licensed Brands, gaining exposure to Brand Management and Product Marketing within the Italian Country.
Your responsibilities
Support the brand management of the assigned licensed brands.
Support the preparation of commercial briefs and collection presentations.
Assist in collection management activities, including collection reviews, product information updates and product lifecycle monitoring.
Support the preparation of sales forecasts, reports and business presentations.
Assist in the analysis of sales performance and brand results across markets.
Support the development of annual marketing plans and trade marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance) on day-to-day activities and projects.
Support the preparation of Go-to-Market tools and training materials.
Assist in the organization and follow-up of meetings with internal stakeholders and licensors.
Provide support on special projects and ad hoc analyses.
Other Information
Support collections evaluation during ABC rankings with clear status of brand performance and trends.
Support Sales Events organization to elevate brand/company image
You are the person we are looking for if:
You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
You have an interest in Brand Management and Marketing.
You have excellent written and spoken English skills.
You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
You have strong analytical and organizational skills.
You are proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
You enjoy working in a team and managing different activities simultaneously.
You are motivated to work in a dynamic and international environment.
National Collective Labour Agreement and Job Classification:
Occhialeria – Internship
Salary: €700 per month.
Variable compensation: not provided
Free company canteen, Monday and Friday remote working, with three days per week in the office, company laptop and mobile phone.
