Adecco Consultant Milano , on behalf of a company specialized in managing customer care services for leading international brands, is looking for a Customer Care Specialist . The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality support experience while effectively representing the values and image of the brands managed by the company. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer requests through multiple channels, including email, phone and chat ; Provide information, assistance and post-sales support ; Handle customer reports, complaints and requests, ensuring effective and timely resolution ; Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction; Represent the assigned brands consistently with their values and communication standards. Requirements & Skills: Fluency or Mother Tongue in at least two of the following languages: English, French,



German ; Italian is not required ; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong customer orientation and a service-minded approach; Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer requests effectively; Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment. What We Offer: 3-year apprenticeship contract , directly with the client company; CCNL Telecommunications ; Annual gross salary (RAL): €21,000 ; Dynamic and international working environment; Continuous training on the brands and services managed; Opportunities for professional growth and career development .
