/liliAlternatively, a degree in a scientific discipline combined with an bMBA or significant relevant industry experience /b.
/liliPrevious experience within bpharmaceutical or biotech RD /b, Product Innovation, Portfolio Management,
RD Planning or a related function.
/liliStrong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, project management, portfolio management and performance management.
/liliProven experience in bRD strategy, portfolio planning, resource management or business planning /b within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
/liliStrong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with experience in forecasting, modelling and scenario analysis.
/liliAdvanced bMicrosoft Excel /b skills and confidence working with complex datasets and financial models.
/liliExperience working with Enterprise Project Portfolio Management systems, ERP platforms and Business Intelligence tools.
/liliStrong understanding of data analytics and the opportunities presented by digital transformation.
/liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across RD, Finance, Strategy and other functions.
