About the Role About the Young Professional Program This role is a part of Coesia’s Young Professionals Program (YPP). YPP is a 2-year rotational program with structured training during the role to develop high potential, early career professionals.

The “After Sales Representative” is responsible for the spare part sales in the geographic area. He/she builds long term relationships externally, with the customers and internally with local and international teams. This role develops and maintains strong, long-term relationships with customers while collaborating closely with local and international teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing spare parts inquiries, preparing quotations, processing customer orders, providing order status updates,



and handling various customer requests and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism. The After Sales Representative actively follows up on opportunities to grow the parts business and serves as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs. Success in this role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers achieve their operational goals.

What You Need to Be Successful • Bachelor’s degree education in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Business Management, or related fields. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to persuade, motivate, and align support for key ideas and initiatives, and prepare clear and concise oral and written discussions and presentations. • Ability to balance and manage multiple complicated priorities and exhibit good judgment and decision‐making skills. • Demonstrates a high level of motivation with a track record of pursuing and achieving goals. • Skill in using data and information analyses to draw conclusions and make solid recommendations. • Able to travel as needed to suppliers, company sites, and other destinations as needed. • During the Young Professional Program, you will travel to out of country for a two week training
