/b /ppbr/ppbResponsibility: /b /pulliResponsible for tax compliance.1
Communicate with external consultants and tax authorities to complete tax returns and legally required compliance reports in a timely manner.
2 Review local tax returns to ensure the accuracy and compliance of tax payments.
3 Assist with tax audits and other tax-related issues.
/liliIn charge of accounting and disclosure, responsible for month-end closing in time, assist with external audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies and etc.
/liliExpenses review and analysis and payment approval process.
/liliResponsible for PL and CF budget / forecast preparation and management.
/liliActively participate in financial projects and company-wide initiatives.
/liliMaintain Fixed Assets Register and inventory stock take.
/liliCollaborate with IT to complete system optimization.
/liliOther financial work, including but not limited to coordinating with local banks, managing financial files, identifying and summarizing financial issues encountered in daily work, providing solutions, and implementing solutions afterward.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor above, at least 8 years working experience in finance or accounting department in Italy /liliMust familiar with Italian Fiscal Tax system and local practice, with Italian GAAP and IFRS , familiar with China GAAP is preferred; /liliExcellent English is must, Italian and Chinese will be preferred; /liliHave excellent communication skills, high sense of responsibility, strong learning ability and constantly improve working ability.
