/ppbr/ppbYour Mission: /b /ppWe are seeking a bRetail Purchasing Intern /b to join our Procurement Team based in our HQ in Milan!
You will support the Procurement Manager in managing the sourcing of materials, services, and subcontractors for construction sites and Venchi retail stores.
The role will contribute to cost control, on-time delivery, and quality of supplies, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliSupport the management of purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services /liliRequest, collect, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors /liliEnter and update purchase orders in the company's ERP system /liliMonitor deliveries in coordination with construction sites and retail stores /liliSupport the management and development of supplier relationships /liliVerify procurement documentation (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, contracts)
/liliSupport cost analysis activities by project /liliCollaborate with the Technical Department and the Finance/Administration team /liliAssist in ensuring compliance with company procurement procedures /li /ulpbr/ppbThe ideal candidate: /b /pulliDegree or ongoing studies in Civil/Building Engineering, Management Engineering, Architecture, Economics, or related fields /liliGood knowledge of Excel and standard IT tools /liliFluency in English /liliFluency in Italian /liliAccuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills /liliAbility to work under tight deadlines /liliProblem-solving attitude /liliGood communication and negotiation skills /liliAttention to detail and cost awareness /lili... and of course a chocolate and gelato lover!
