The selected candidate will support the investigation and resolution of complex technical issues affecting advanced vehicle systems, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to improve performance, reliability, and product quality.
/ppbr/ppb Main responsibilities: /b /pulli Perform rapid root cause investigations on complex vehicle systems, subsystems, and components.
/lili Analyze vehicle logs, diagnostic data, test results, validation reports, and field data to identify failure mechanisms and performance issues.
/lili Lead structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis, 8D, and DMAIC.
/lili Investigate issues involving vehicle control systems, sensors, electronic control units (ECUs), electrical architectures, and software-hardware interactions.
/lili Collaborate with software, systems, validation, integration, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive issue resolution.
/lili Support vehicle testing and validation activities by providing technical analysis and troubleshooting expertise.
/lili Coordinate containment actions, corrective actions, and preventive measures to ensure effective problem resolution.
/lili Track issue progress and ensure timely closure of action plans.
/lili Prepare technical reports, investigation summaries, and root cause analysis documentation.
/lili Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing vehicle performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
/li /ulpbr/ppb What we are looking for: /b /pulli Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related technical field /lili2-4 years of professional experience in root cause analysis, validation, testing, quality engineering, systems engineering, or related technical functions.
/lili Experience in automotive, autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics, or complex mechatronic systems.
/lili Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FTA, and DMAIC.
/lili Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues involving multiple engineering domains.
/lili Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics, data logging, and validation activities.
/lili Understanding of sensors, ECUs, communication networks, electrical systems, or vehicle integration processes.
/lili Ability to analyze technical data and identify effective corrective actions.
/lili Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
/lili Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
/lili Professional proficiency in English.
