Review Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation.

Responsibilities

- Review Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation. Confirms equipment selection and design and perform / coordinate required disciplines. Coordinates drafting activities to makes sure all required drawings are completed on time. Reviews customer mark-ups, clarify the comments and instructs drafting as to disposition. Ensure the costs will be within the assigned budget and manage any change with the customer and the suppliers. Coordinate the Quality Control Department of customer / job specifications. Coordinates all required technical and commercial correspondence related to the job. This includes all internal communications and all correspondence with the Customer, end user, sales reps, and/or outside consultants. Coordinates written advise and commercial resolution with Customer concerning any change to the scope of supply. Notifies Accounting Department when billings are to be sent. Perform other related duties as assigned.



Some of these duties may include: 1. Site or shop trips 2. Design activities 3. Support to the sales and application engineer

Requirements
