Pandora Italia is looking for a passionate and proactive Graphic designer intern who works as a part of the cluster marketing team from our office in Milan. **MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** The Graphic Designer Intern will support the Graphic Designers in the adaptation or local development of some graphic design projects held by the Marketing Team. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** Supporting for finalizing internally the following tasks, if not outsourced for specific needs: - In collaboration with the Retail Marketing team: support the adaptation of all global POS campaign materials (including price tags, A5) or local ones to fit local needs (eg. additional product activations); graphic development of all generic marketing materials needed in-store such as product information for legal compliance, certificates of authenticity.
- In collaboration with the Paid & Owned Media Team adaptation and creation of digital content for campaigns and digital platforms for the full cluster (including video and motion contents)
- In collaboration with the Brand Specialist SE and under the supervision of the Go-to-Market Manager SE: creation and localization of brand content on pandora.net
- Support the CRM manager and Social Media Specialist with asset requirements
- Adaptation of all communication materials related to PR (press releases, graphics for events), sales (sell-in folders),
SM meetings (Graphic for set-ups, invitations)
- Graphic support for all departments (especially training, HR, general services)
- Be proactive in answering to additional graphic support needs coming from other departments (eg. Hr, training..) **PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Proven working knowledge of design and photo-editing software and technologies (Indesign and Photoshop as must)
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related filed
- Artistic and aesthetic sensitivity, accuracy and attention to details.
- Proficiency of the Adobe Suite (After effects and Premiere as a plus)
- Html language as a plus
- Capability of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Fluent in English - verbally and written **PERSONAL SKILLS**
