Be responsible to manage the accreditation process according with ISO 17025, 17020 and 17065
- Take care of the documentation of the integrated management system (IMS) in place, according with ISO 17025, ISO 17020, ISO 17065, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards
- Be the main point of contact with external Accreditation and Certification Entities
- Plan and perform regular audits in the laboratories for the support of the IMS;
- Record events (near miss, non-conformities) in the reporting system and follow on their realization and support the root cause analysis;
- Manage and distribute the technical standards;
- Support the Technical Directors for the management of claims;
- Ensure the monitoring of KPIs of the IMS;
- Plan and conduct the Management Review;
- Support the Global QHSE Manager to manage the environmental aspects of the Italian Sites (e.g. waste management, air emissions, wastewater discharge) and take care of the environmental management procedures implemented according with the ISO 14001;
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Global QHSE Manager **Skills and Requirement**: - At least 5 years’ experience in a technical environment
- A deep experience in the quality management and particularly in ISO 17025, ISO 17020, ISO 17065
- Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems
- ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 Internal auditor qualification is considered as a plus
- Excellent English level
- Significant knowledge about the management of environmental aspects and related licenses (eg. AUA)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
