Panoramica:
**Scope** The Corporate (CRP) area, within the One To One (OTO) Unit in the Fundraising Department of MSF Italy, aims to achieve and maximize revenue from Corporate, Banks and Corporate Foundations (Foundations) through one-to-one acquisition, retention, and upgrade actions consistent with the ethical policy of MSF Italy. The Corporate Fundraising Officer, in collaboration with the Corporate & Foundation coordinator, contributes to the implementation of fundraising activities and the achievement of revenue consistent with the organization's goals, managing the direct relationship with the corporate target audience. She/he has a specific focus on new business activities. Serves as point of reference for direct marketing activities and online and offline visibility of the one-to-one area, in coordination with other areas of Fundraising. Responsabilità:
**Main Responsibilities** **1. Manages direct relationships with prospect basket and donors ensuring expected goals**
- Identifies, maps, and profiles prospective companies according to MSF Italy guidelines
- Manages direct contacts with donors, with focus on new business
- Conceives, implements, and manages the set of appropriate acquisition and cultivation activities for the company, developing ad hoc proposals
- Contributes to the ideation and supports partnerships Company as Channel, in coordination with the Face-to-Face Unit **2. Contributes to the definition of the fundraising strategy for the Companies program**
- Contributes to the development and implementation of the annual operating plan for the Corporations program (budget forecasts/planning/costs)
- Collaborates and implements donors’ retention and acquisition strategy
- Supports the development and monitoring of the budget area
- Manages data collection, produces analysis to support monitoring and target results **3.**
**Manages the communication plan related to the target of companies**




- Collaborates to the definition of the donor journey and implements it for the target audience
- Collaborates to the design of the creativity of communication materials companies and ensures the finalization
- Contributes to the design and production of various communication materials for target companies **4. She/he is the focal point to manage the direct marketing and communication plan of the one-to-one area**
- Identifies implements and monitors DM OTO activities by identifying the best solutions to ensure adherence to timelines in coordination with the One-to-Many unit
- Promotes innovation in products and content **5**.
- Guarantees ethical screening of companies, consistent with what is established in the ethics policy of the organization
- Supports the different departments of the organization in companies screening activities **6.Supports lobbying and networking on general corporate issues**
- Participates, where necessary, in working tables with entities and third parties on the topic of fundraising from CRP in Italy
- Guarantees, where necessary, the participation of the area in the MSF international table on corporations (Working Group Corporate) ensuring timely updating of content as requested by the sponsor Qualifiche:
**Key requirements**
- Bachelor's degree consistent with the profile
- Budgeting Project Management knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and experience of One-to-one fundraising with specific focus on corporate fundraising
- Knowledge and experience on Marketing tools and analysis
- English B2/C1 level
- At least 3 years of experience in One-to-One Corporate Fundraising **Trasversal skills**
