Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Print & Workplace Services Operator to join the onsite Paragon Works team on a 3 month FTC with possibility of extension.
The position is based full-time at the Milan headquarters of a global investment banking and financial services organisation located at Via Santa Margherita.
This is more than a traditional print-room operator role.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude: positive, practical, client-centric and keen to help the onsite service move to the next level.
The role will provide support across print, finishing, mail, scanning, stationery management, fulfilment and wider workplace services activities, while contributing to a professional, responsive and high-quality onsite client experience for a growing Milan business community, supporting day-to-day operational delivery in a fast-paced, high-profile corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Print & Document Services
Operate digital colour and black and white print equipment safely and effectively.
Produce client documents to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery.
Complete finishing activities including binding, laminating, folding, stapling and document preparation.
Support enlargement, reduction and specialist document requests as required.
Mail, Scanning & Fulfilment
Support incoming and outgoing mail activity, including collection, distribution and related administration.
Process scanning and digital document requests accurately and confidentially.
Complete fulfilment, insertion and distribution requests efficiently.
Stationery, Paper Points & Operational Support
Manage stationery control, ordering and replenishment activities.
Support paper point management,
ensuring availability and appropriate stock levels.
Provide broader operational and workplace support to the onsite team where required.
Client Service & Continuous Improvement
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and Paragon Works colleagues.
Take ownership of client requests and follow through to completion.
Communicate clearly, professionally and proactively with clients and team members.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, client experience and service value.
Contribute ideas that help evolve the onsite service offering in line with the client's growing Milan business.
Skills and Attributes we are looking for
Fluent Italian and English is essential, with the confidence to communicate effectively in both languages.
A strong client-service mindset and genuine commitment to putting the client first.
Positive, flexible and practical attitude with a willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
Ability to prioritise, stay organised and work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Previous experience in a print room, document services, mailroom, facilities, workplace services or operational support environment is desirable
