The role combines hands-on technical expertise, project leadership, client advisory and pre-sales activities,
with the opportunity to drive the growth of Databricks capabilities within the organization.

/liliLead Databricks projects, guiding both the internal team and the client.
/liliSupport clients in defining strongdata architectures and Databricks solutions /strong.
/liliContribute to strongpre-sales activities /strong, including technical workshops, proposals and client presentations.
/liliMentor team members and promote Databricks best practices and knowledge sharing.
/liliStay up to date with the Databricks ecosystem and drive the adoption of new capabilities.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequired Skills /strong /pullistrongCertified Databricks Champion; /strong /liliA minimum of strong6-7 years of overall experience /strong in Data, Data Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields; /lilistrongAt least 3 years of hands-on experience with Databricks /strong in enterprise projects; /liliProven experience working as a Databricks technical lead / expert, with the strongability to guide both technical teams and clients; /strong /liliProven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions; /liliExcellent strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills /strong, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business audiences; /liliExperience contributing to or leading pre-sales activities and technical proposals; /liliStrong problem-solving, leadership and mentoring skills; /liliFluent English and ability to work in an international environment.
