You’ve got ~2 years of experience. You’ve seen how products work. Now you want to actually own, drive, and ship.

The Platform
ShippyPro helps merchants manage shipping end-to-end: carrier selection, label generation, tracking, and integrations with e-commerce platforms and couriers.

The Challenge
We’re not looking for someone who manages tickets. We’re looking for someone who owns outcomes. Core product and integrations are where complexity lives: edge cases, carrier quirks, broken workflows.
Your job is to bring clarity and turn that complexity into solutions that actually work.

What You’ll Do
- Work with the Senior PM to define, prioritize, and ship product improvements
- Talk to merchants and understand real workflows and pain points
- Write clear specs and user stories
- Own features end-to-end: discovery → delivery → iteration
- Use data to guide decisions and spot issues early
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer teams
What You’ll Bring
- ~2 years in product, product ops, or similar
- Clear communication — you simplify complexity
- Comfort with ambiguity — you move without perfect info
- Curiosity for data (SQL is a plus)
- Basic understanding of APIs/integrations
- Structured thinking and strong prioritization
- English proficiency

Hiring Process
1. Application review
2. Intro call — 30 min with our People and Culture Team to align on expectations and context
3. Product interview — a deep-dive with the Senior PM on how you think and work
4. Take-home challenge — a short, practical exercise to see how you approach a real product problem
5. Final interview — meet the broader team and leadership
