Position Summary We are looking for a dedicated Night Agent to join our Front Office team. Operating primarily during overnight shifts, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless hotel operations, maintaining continuity between day and night teams, and providing an elevated level of service to our guests when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Journey: Welcome and assist guests with professional, personalized check-in and check-out processes, handling inquiries and requests with agility and empathy.
- Night Audit Execution: Ensure the accurate and timely completion of the nightly audit process, managing reports, pre-registrations, and no-shows efficiently.
- Operational Continuity: Work closely with the Front Office Night Shift Leader, Reception Manager,
and Director of Rooms to maintain flawless communication and smooth handovers with the daytime team.
- Safety & Security: Maintain a secure and tranquil environment throughout the property by actively monitoring conditions and managing any incidents or emergency situations with poise.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Previous hospitality or front office experience is a plus, though a passion for guest service and a proactive mindset are the most critical factors for success.
- Excellent command of English and Italian; additional languages are warmly welcomed.
- Ability to remain standing, walking, or moving comfortably throughout the night shift.
- A hands-on, professional approach with impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail.
