/ppbr / /ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppThe Electrical Project Engineer will be part of our engineering team.
It will be responsible for the research, design, development, documentation, and support of electrical systems for precision test equipment, data acquisition, and control systems.
/ppbr / /ppstrongResponsabilities /strong /pulliDrawing of electrical schematics for testing machines using CAD tools.
/liliSuggest new designs, and innovative solutions for improvements.
/liliPerforming technical calculations including full load amps, short circuit amps, conduit sizes etc.
/liliPerformance Level Calculation according to EN ******* /liliSelection of components and creation of BOMs in the ERP system.
/liliSupervise suppliers during the realization of electrical cabinets and verify the quality of the delivered assembly.
/liliPerforming checkout of the electrical cabinets at the delivery /liliSelection, programming and troubleshooting of motor drives/motion control systems.
/liliSupport to Sales, Operations, Testing and Validation Departments.
/liliDocumentation including manuals and technical files to keep required records.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSkills /strong /pulliBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, and at least 5 years in the field of electrical design.
/liliProven experience with electrical schematics using CAD tools (Eplan is preferred).
/liliExperience in automation systems (machines, sensors, control,
PLC, drivers /liliPrevious electrical design experience with test equipment or similar is a plus.
/liliProven experience in troubleshooting technical and operational issues and determining possible reasons for malfunction.
/liliKnowledge of instrumentation, transducers, control systems, three-phase power systems, motion control, and motor drive technologies to operate resources as required.
/liliKnowledge PLC, HMI, and programming tools and techniques.
/liliKnowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, drawings, and models for the creation of electrical schematics using CAD tools.
/liliKnowledge of electrical safety of machinery norms: EN ******* and EN ******* /liliPES/PAV/PEI certification is a plus /liliStrong capability and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering fundamentals.
