In a Vehicle/platform/module Project, The Planning Project Specialist, In Accordance With The Planning Standards Of Project And Under The Project Planning Manager’s Operational Authority
- adapts the standard Product Development Process (PDP) to the project, updates, records and classifies the versions of the project’s macro schedule (3 levels of timing)
- verifies the quality of the planning within product and process teams and directs them, if needed, to the implementation of preventive or curative plans
- is in charge of the convergence of prototype budgets (Means budget) at each phase of the project and guarantees their respect
- establishes detailed planning of prototype means, updates it and manages their realization until their delivery to the customers, from the first mule cars to series production vehicle.
- creates and coordinates project’s dashboards
- applies project management standards and propose her/his experience feedback for continual improvement (Lesson learnt).
